Giants International inaugurated its new branch
in Badlapur. Giants Group of Badlapur at Gayatri Garden near old petrol pump katrap
Badlapur. Prof. Sudhir L Dhuri was given oath of office as the founder President
and Smt Darshana Damle as Vice President of Giants Group of Badlapur.18 members
took oath of office along with the President Prof Sudhir Dhuri.
Giants International Central Committee member Er Shri Ashok Hukkeri
presided the function as the Chief Guest. Ambernath Badlapur M.L.A Shri Kisan
Kathore and Kulgaon –Badlapur. Municipal Council President Shri Ram
Patkar were Guests of Honour for the inauguration ceremony. Shri
Kisan Kathore and Shri Ram Patkar gave inspirational words and stressed the need
for such social groups in Badlapur to work towards an eco-friendly society to the
newly formed Giants Group of Badlapur along with the esteemed gathering and also
promised all support to the Group for all their future social activities.Shri
Ram Patkar highlighted the need of projects such as tree plantation,
rain water harvesting, carbon credit and eco sanitation. Dr Vijay H Dharwadkar a
senior eye surgeon and an active social worker was very instrumental in forming
the Giants Group of Badlapur and has agreed to be an advisor to
the group. Dr Dharwadkar is associated with the Giants International since 1981
when he was a founder member of Giants Group of Kalyan and has also served Giants
